Say to him:\n‘Sir, the mendicant Assaji is sick, suffering, gravely ill.\nHe bows with his head to your feet.’\nAnd then say:\n‘Sir, please go to the mendicant Assaji out of sympathy.’”\n“Yes, reverend,” those monks replied.
