Read a full web edition first, or save a complete publication for later. Downloads retain their individual licences, translator credits and edition notes. A downloaded file is stored by your browser; this site does not automatically install an offline library.

Canonical source files

Browse the Pāli source collection and download the structured text from each item. Large anthologies reference versioned chapter files: a manifest alone is not an offline copy of all chapters. The canonical source register records source revisions and checksums; the publication register records all approved public items.

Other publishers’ editions

Source-linked books remain on the original publisher’s site, under that publisher’s terms. Filter the library catalogue by language or availability to find them. Check text and language coverage before choosing a recitation edition.
